Secrets to the perfect smoothie

Well I just started this Blog and I am so excited to share the facts of my fairly mundane life with the world on the Internet machine. I just made the most perfect smoothie and now that it is gone I need to share it with the rest of the world. I have always been a fan of smoothies, I am not a breakfast eater and the smoothie is a good way to jump start the metabolism ind give the vitamins something to lay their heads on in the old tum tum.
I started making them at home again when my little sisters fetus was craving, of all thing an Orange Julius. I searched the Internet for a make at home recipe since the closest mall is about 100 miles away and will not work for pregnant lady's craving. The secret is vanilla???? Who knew
Todays creation was
1 banana
6 ice cubes
1 tablespoon OJ concentrate
1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
1 cup low fat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Throw in Blender and drink
So good. Try one

The Creation

I am not one of those people who thinks my life is sooo interesting that everyone wants to read about it. However I am a go to person for a lot of people in my life. I can not tell you How many times a day I receive a phone call "Nicole ho do you Blank????" I thought it would be fun to document these questions answers, and the day to day of a fairly normal girl.

Having said that... here is some back ground. I am in my late thirties, I would tell my age but I can never remember and my husband is not around to tell me right now (long story I will go into one day). I am married to a great guy who is a chef for a wealthy man ( another long story that I am sure will be featured in many future Blogs) We have 2 dogs Keller a Chihuahua/Maltese mix and Flour and English Golden retriever who is as white as the snow she just dragged in from the back yard. we have 2 cats Calvin an overweight black cat who we dress up from time to time and Hobbes and elusive tabby. I work for Jackson Hole mountain resort as an Account Manager for resort lodging (Yawn... Boring) But that is a recent development.
